Rackspace Managed VMware Cloud on AWS Credits for Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services Offer Terms and Conditions

  • If you purchase a new Rackspace Managed VMware Cloud™ on AWS commit subscription environment from Rackspace, you will receive a credit, to be used toward monthly Rackspace Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services infrastructure and support fees during the first 12 months of Managed VMware Cloud on AWS service. This credit may be used only for fees and charges for eligible Fanatical Support for AWS infrastructure and support spend, and will not be applied against any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction-based taxes that may be applicable to you.
  • Signup for Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services must be completed within 30 days of entering into a Managed VMware Cloud on AWS 12 month or 36 month commit subscription term.
  • This is a one-time offer that is only available to Rackspace customers of Managed VMware Cloud on AWS who enter into a 12 month or 36 month commit subscription term. The credit is available only during the first twelve months of service following the date of your first invoice for Managed VMware Cloud on AWS Services. Any credit not used before this expiration date will be automatically forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel the offer at any time. No refunds will be granted for any expired or cancelled credit.
  • This credit is personal to you and will be applied only to your Rackspace account and may not be applied to any other account. You may not sell, license, rent, or otherwise transfer this credit. The credit has no intrinsic value, is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and serves merely as a means to recognize and provide an incentive to use the Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services at Rackspace. The credit may not be purchased for cash and is non-refundable.
  • This credit does not apply if your use or receipt of the credit would violate or be inconsistent in any way with applicable law or regulation. Furthermore, this credit is void in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of any terms of you Agreement with Rackspace or if you attempt to sell it for cash or other consideration. In addition to any other legal relief available to Rackspace, you will reimburse us for the amount of any credit used in violations of these terms.
